State Report Card Press Release

The Alabama State Department of Education has released scores for all school systems in the state of Alabama. Limestone County Schools recieved an overall score of B.

"Although Limestone County Schools hoped for an “A” on the state report card, the results demonstrate consistent, systematic improvement in student growth. Teachers are providing explicit standards based instruction and students are responding in a positive manner. We still have work to do, but the district is headed in the right direction, Dr. Brad Lewis.”
